This two-floor healthcare clinic project involved full interior steel stud framing, drywall installation, and ceiling systems within an active medical environment. The work required strict adherence to schedule, cleanliness standards, and coordination protocols typical for healthcare facilities.

Lincoln Interiors completed steel stud framing, fire-rated and acoustic drywall assemblies, GWB ceilings, and suspended T-Bar ceiling systems throughout clinical rooms, corridors, and support spaces. Particular attention was given to shaft walls, service penetrations, and fire-rated detailing to meet performance and code requirements.

Due to tight ceiling spaces and extensive mechanical and medical systems, close coordination with mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler trades was essential. The result is a clean, durable, and high-performance healthcare interior built to support patient care and long-term functionality.
