    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for buildings and structures, ensuring precision and safety throughout all phases of the project. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including metal building erection, and various aspects of residential and commercial construction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, and construction site experience, with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and reading schematics. This position is essential for delivering high-quality craftsmanship on time and within safety standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Erect metal studs and frameworks according to blueprints and schematics

    • Execute framing tasks metal stud framing,

    • Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials

    • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction

    • Assist with drywall installation, plastering, and remodeling projects as needed

    • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications

    • Collaborate with construction management teams to meet project deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in steel stud related construction fields

    • Skilled in framing carpentry

    • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and blueprint reading

    • Knowledge of schematics, restoration techniques, plastering, trim carpentry, and siding installation is preferred

    • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary

    • Strong understanding of construction management practices and site safety protocols

    • Experience working on diverse construction sites with various building materials

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, professional appearance, ensuring quality craftsmanship on residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with various finishing techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with related trades such as plastering, carpentry, and water damage restoration is highly valued. The Drywall Finisher plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality results that meet project specifications and client expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, corners, and joints for a seamless finish

    • Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or further finishing work

    • Install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening

    • Repair damaged drywall or patches as needed to maintain surface integrity

    • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute finishing tasks

    • Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and masonry to ensure smooth workflow

    • Utilize tools such as trowels, sanders, knives, and sprayers effectively

    • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols on the construction site

    • Assist with additional tasks like caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, or fixture installation when required

    Experience

    • Proven experience in drywall finishing or related construction trades such as plastering or carpentry

    • Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics is preferred

    • Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation and water damage restoration is a plus

    • Hands-on experience with metal stud framing, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, or airless paint spraying is advantageous

    • Prior work on construction sites demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills

    • Maintenance Person experience or background in remodeling projects can be beneficial
